Read the instructions below carefully:
User Name:
Your cAsE SeNsiTive Organization Name.
You must omit commas in your name.
The Password is your AMP SERIAL NUMBER:
Your AMP Serial Number must be entered as: AMPXXXX
The "AMP" part must be capitalized.
